LEADERSHIP COACHING FOR GROUPS

Cara is a trained Action Learning Set facilitator, which is coaching for groups at it’s best and most effective. An Action Learning Set approach involves peer coaching, learning, sharing and support.

Cara has been facilitating groups internationally since 2017 so is no newbie to Zoom! She pinches herself when hosting a session from her office in Chichester that people dial in from Barcelona to Bangalore and Bucharest to Beijing, and the camaraderie and connection she can create.

In an Action Learning Set, individuals:

Receive coaching to resolve their own specific challenges
Learn to coach each other and give feedback
Learn from hearing others’ challenges being resolved
Share their own experiences and expertise with each other
Develop trusted relationships and understanding between them
